At Deluxe Beds, we're proud to announce our achievement of a CO2 certificate by recycling 1,482 mattresses through our partnership with TFR Group, a leading specialist in mattress recycling in the UK. This initiative has allowed us to save 88 tonnes of CO2 emissions, demonstrating our strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
For over 14 years, TFR Group has been at the forefront of mattress recycling, having recycled over 3 million mattresses to date. They create 19 different recyclate streams, with 92% of materials returning to UK manufacturing.
Our collaboration with TFR Group not only diverts waste from landfills but also supports UK manufacturing, contributing to a circular economy and reducing the carbon footprint of mattress disposal. Partnering with TFR Group aligns with our dedication to sustainability in the bedding industry, setting an example for responsible corporate practices.
